We provide you with a small package of things for your trip, which are necessary for the rental: detailed explanation of California, a gas bottle, a camping power package (special electric cables with Euronorm plug + adapter), water tank for filling the clean water tank, kitchen kit (pots, plates, cutlery, mokka etc.) There is also a parking space to leave your car at our pickup station. The cleaning of the van is also included (but you have to bring it with a basic cleaning, otherwise an additional 150, - CHF will be added)

We currently only accept payment in cash, bank transfer or TWINT.

The 50% deposit must be paid within one week after your reservation, so that your California will be reserved for you, otherwise the reservation will be canceled. The California must be returned with a basic cleaning inside. The gray water tank must be emptied. The fridge must be emptied and cleaned. The kitchen equipment must be returned clean. The extra hired services such as chemical toilet must be emptied and cleaned. If you do not bring it back with a basic cleaning, a surcharge of CHF 150, - is added. If a thorough professional cleaning of the camper is required at the time of return, an additional fee of 300 CHF will be charged.

Unfortunately, something can always break ... So we have to ask you to leave us a deposit of 1000 CHF, which you can hand over to us (via bank within 3 days before the start of your trip and which will be returned to you within 10 days after the return to California, if returned in the required conditions.

The minimum rental period is 3 days. In the summer months and in the high season the minimum booking is generally 7 days. However, we will always try to accommodate any requests, subject to availability.

The rental price includes 200 kilometers per day. In the case of additional km, a supplement is charged for each additional kilometer (CHF 0.50 km) when the vehicle is returned. In case you wish to cancel your reservation, we ask you to send us an email with your name and the dates booked from the same email address with which you registered for the reservation. We will proceed with your request according to our terms and conditions and arrange any refunds. You can also rent the California as a young driver from 21 years old. However, you must have had a class B driving license for at least one year. 2 drivers are included in the price. If you are less than 25 years of age as a renter or driver, please note that the deductible in the event of helmet / liability damage increases up to CHF 3000/2000.
